Philip Gehrman, Ph.D., CBSM, FAASM

Dr. Philip Gehrman is a leading clinical psychologist specializing in Behavioral Sleep Medicine. As a Professor of Clinical Psychology in Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine, he directs the Sleep, Neurobiology, and Psychopathology Lab. Dr. Gehrman's work focuses on the intersection of sleep and mental health, utilizing cognitive behavioral and circadian rhythm interventions to treat insomnia and related disorders. He is also the Clinical Director of Behavioral Sleep Medicine programs at both the Penn and VA sleep centers.
